I was looking for an olive oil with a mild, buttery flavor that I could use to make mayonnaise (we use a lot of that here!). Mission olives harvested at maturity are a great option for this and this oil is perfect. It makes the best mayonnaise and salad dressings! A great choice for a delicious and highly nourishing product.
