Our customer's favorite, Bavarian Beer Mustard, far out strips any mustard we've tasted. It was created from an old family recipe, passed down through the generations. A true culinary delight, try this mustard on sandwiches, sausages, mixed into potato salad and with pretzels. One of our favorite ways to use this mustard is on salmon; just spread a layer of mustard on top and bake; gives the salmon added flavor and dimension with the crunchy mustard topping - delicious! J.H. This mustard is very good. I especially enjoy it for dipping pretzels into it and it really livens up a boring ham sandwich. It has a nice light, whipped texture. I highly recommend.
